We want you to keep your Audvik winter coats for years, even decades . That's why we design pieces using durable, quality materials , in timeless colors and cuts.

The Audvik warranty covers all manufacturing defects : seams, press studs, zippers, fabrics and insulation during its normal lifespan (10 years).

Audvik does not guarantee damage caused by accidents (tears), improper maintenance, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural degradation of colors and materials over time.

The coat must be delivered clean in order to properly carry out the repairs; otherwise, a cleaning fee of $50 + taxes will be charged.

The delivery costs for the repair are the responsibility of the customer.

It is also possible to come directly to the workshop to have repairs done on-site. Please contact customer service directly by email at info@audvik.com to make an appointment.

We also offer out-of-warranty repair service . Where possible, we will repair or replace parts of a damaged item. The costs for these procedures are covered by the customer.

For additions/modifications to coats, such as adding snap buttons to a hood for fur or other items, please email us at info@audvik.com

Please note that once a product has been modified, it is no longer refundable or exchangeable.
