All of our products in the FOSFO collection are designed in Canada and produced in Asia.
Lifetime warranty
The Audvik warranty covers all manufacturing defects: seams, snaps, zippers, fabrics and insulation during its normal lifespan (10 years).
Audvik does not guarantee damage caused by accident (tears or burns), poor maintenance, neglect, normal wear and tear, and natural or chemical disintegration of colors and materials.
To initiate a warranty request for your Audvik coat, simply write to us at the following address: info@audvik.com and include in your email:
1-your name
2-where you purchased your coat (on our online store or at a retailer)
3-details on the defect in the coat
4-a photo of the complete coat and a photo of the defect.
For any item purchased from one of our retailers, you can also request a warranty directly from them.
The coat must be delivered clean to be able to carry out repairs properly otherwise a cleaner fee of $50 + taxes will be required.
Shipping costs for the repair are paid by the customer and we will cover the shipping costs to return it to you.
It is also possible to come directly to the Montreal workshop to carry out repairs on site. Please contact customer service directly by email at info@audvik.com for more details.
Out-of-warranty repairs and alterations
As we want you to keep your coat for several years, we also offer professional out-of-warranty repair service. Whenever possible, we repair or replace parts of a damaged item (tear, burn or puncture), we replace zippers and sliders, etc. The costs for these procedures are covered by the client.

Following a purchase or after several uses, it is possible to make alterations to your coat. We offer the following alteration services directly at our workshop:
- Lengthen or shorten the sleeves
- Added snap button to the hood to place our fur strips on it
- Addition of microfleece cuffs to the sleeves
- Shorten hems

Please note that when a product is modified, it is no longer refundable or exchangeable.

Orders
As soon as your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you by email including your tracking number.
You can also track your order directly in your customer account.
When you arrive at the payment stage, enter your gift card number or promotional code under the ''Discount Code'' tab. or gift card''.
Delivery policy

Delivery of your purchases made on the AUDVIK website is made within 2 to 5 working days. No deliveries will be made to a box or post office box.

Items purchased online can be picked up in our Montreal workshop (Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
We are unfortunately closed on weekends, during the holiday period and during public holidays.

The prices listed on our site are without taxes. VAT and customs fees vary and are charged depending on your importing country.
Return or exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return and exchange policy
As your satisfaction is important to us, if for any reason your purchase does not suit you, you can make an exchange or return the product within 15 days from the date of receipt. The product must be returned to us unworn, with the original packaging and with labels.
Free shipping and return in Canada and USA over 100$*.
We do not cover return costs for items costing $100 or less before taxes.
To request a return or exchange, log in to your customer account and submit a return authorization.
As soon as your request is authorized by a member of our team, an email will be sent to you with a prepaid return label.
Simply repack the package in its original packaging, place the return label on the package and take the package to the service point of the selected carrier.
The customer account is accessible directly on the main page of our Audvik website (icon at the top right).
It is also possible to request a return from your order confirmation email.

We only take back items that have not been worn and with their tags.
Please note that coats that have undergone alterations (shortening of the sleeves, addition of snap buttons, etc.) are final sales.
Products marked “final sale” are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Following receipt of your package at our workshop, a refund confirmation will be sent to you by email. Please allow approximately 5 days for your refund to be processed by your banking institution.
Price adjustment policy
All price adjustments are subject to approval. We match prices within 15 days of purchasing an item at regular price only on our website audvik.com.
Please note that our price adjustment policy is not valid during promotional events, including the Black Friday and Boxing Day Sale periods. No price adjustment will be made during these periods.
Items purchased in the Shop sale section are sold without the possibility of return, exchange or price adjustment.

Cleaning method
- Wash inside out, gentle cycle in machine (cold water)

- Dry in dryer on low heat with tennis balls or dryer balls (may require up to 4-5 complete dryer cycles before the coat returns to its original shape). Make sure the down is completely dry inside the coat before removing it from the dryer.

Sezzle
Sezzle is an installment payment solution that allows you to buy now, pay later with a simple, interest-free installment plan. When purchasing products through Sezzle, Audvik processes and ships the order as if the invoice had been paid in full — even if only part of the amount is paid.
Payments are spread over 6 weeks.
- 25% is paid on initial purchase
- 25% in week 2.
- 25% at week 4.

To use this secure payment method, you must select Sezzle when finalizing the transaction and follow the instructions for creating an account once directed to the platform.
There are no minimum or maximum amounts required to use Sezzle on our website.
No processing fees or interest will be charged if payments are made on time.
Sezzle accepts a credit card as a method of payment, after carrying out a basic check of your credit score. This does not affect your credit in any way. Bank account transfers are also possible.
