Hello Spring ✌️ Tip to take care of your winter coat.

Our beautiful winter season is now over, the time has come to store your winter coats. Since the longevity of a garment goes hand in hand with its maintenance, the more you take care of your coat, the longer it will last! We offer you a short guide to give your coats a good cleaning.

To clean your Audvik coats (synthetically insulated) here is what we suggest:

• Wash inside out, delicate cycle in the machine (cold water)
• Air dry (flat)
• Do not iron
• Do not bleach
• Do not use fabric softener
• Do not dry clean
• Do not twist
• Remove fur before washing

For FOSFO coats (insulated with down):

• Wash inside out, delicate cycle in the machine (cold water)
• Tumble dry on low with spheres specifically designed for drying down, or tennis balls. It may take several drying cycles!
• Do not iron
• Do not bleach
• Do not use fabric softener
• Do not dry clean
• Do not twist

Looking for drying balls? You can find it at Altitude Sports, or any other outdoor / sports store. 

As a general rule, your coat does not need to be washed more than once a year.

When the coat is washed and completely dry, we recommend folding it and storing it away from daylight. And hop! It's already ready for your next winter adventures! ❄️
