SHIPPING

We carefully prepare each order from our workshop on Chabanel, in Montreal, to offer you a simple and seamless experience.

Shipping is free on all orders of $200 and more within Canada and the United States.* Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery for orders of $200 and more, and we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For all international orders, we invite you to use the contact us form and include your city so we can provide you with the best shipping options.

Please note that prices displayed on our website do not include taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country.

Return and exchange shipping fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unworn, with original packaging and tags attached.

We cover return shipping costs for orders of $200 and more for Audvik and $150 and more for Fosfo, with some exceptions.* In all other cases, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Before initiating a return, you must complete the contact us form and include your order number along with the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps to ensure a simple and efficient process, within 24 to 72 hours of your request.


EXCHANGE POLICY

When purchasing an item at regular price, you may exchange it for another size or color, subject to availability. No additional fees apply for this type of exchange.

Items discounted at 30% are eligible for exchange only, provided they meet the return conditions. No refunds will be issued for these items. Return and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items discounted at 40% or more are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing before the refund is completed.

Some exceptions may apply if a prior arrangement has been made with our customer service team.*

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

All price adjustments are subject to approval, and requests must be submitted through the contact us form.

We offer price adjustments within 15 days of purchase for items bought at regular price on our website only.

Please note that this policy does not apply during promotional events such as Black Friday and Boxing Day.
