Once shipped, your order is generally delivered within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the carrier and your place of residence in Canada.

For any order of $200 or more (before taxes), a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure the security of your package.

Once shipped, your order is generally delivered within 10 business days, after clearing customs, depending on the carrier and your place of residence in the United States. Tracking information will be sent to you once your package enters the United States, so you can easily track its progress.

As all Audvik items are entirely made in Canada, you will not be charged duties or taxes on your purchase.

Audvik currently primarily offers shipping within Canada and the United States. However, if you wish to have an order delivered internationally, we invite you to contact our customer service before placing your order.

We will then be able to validate available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and associated costs for your destination.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Audvik is not responsible for additional delays related to customs clearance or customs procedures.

Costs related to returns or exchanges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.

We do not cover return shipping costs for items priced at $200 or less before tax, nor for items discounted by 30% or more. Any purchase with a discount of 40% or more is considered a final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

The product must be returned unworn, in its original packaging, with all tags attached. You may also return or exchange your item directly at our workshop.

Before proceeding with a return or exchange, please complete the Contact Us form, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will then guide you through the next steps to make the process simple and quick.

If you purchase a regular-priced item, you may exchange it for a different size or color, subject to availability. No additional fees apply for this type of exchange.

Items discounted by 30% or more are exchangeable only, at your expense. No refunds will be issued for these items.

Items discounted by 40% or more are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Please note that the time it takes for the amount to appear on your bank statement may vary depending on your financial institution.

Some exceptions may apply if an agreement has been previously made with our customer service team.

Yes! Price adjustment requests are subject to approval by our team and must be submitted by filling out the Contact Us form.

We offer a price adjustment within 15 days of purchasing a regular-priced item if its price is reduced on our website. The adjustment will be issued in the form of a gift card only.

Please note that our price adjustment policy does not apply during the following promotional periods: Black Friday week and Boxing Day.
