All our products in the FOSFO collection are designed in Canada and manufactured in Asia.
Lifetime guarantee
The Audvik warranty covers all manufacturing defects: seams, snap buttons, zippers, fabrics and insulation during its normal lifespan (10 years).
Audvik does not guarantee against damage caused by accidents (tears or burns), improper maintenance, negligence, normal wear and tear, and the natural or chemical degradation of colors and materials.
To initiate a warranty claim for your Audvik coat, simply write to us at the following address: info@audvik.com , including in your email:
1- Your name
2- The place where you bought your coat (from our online store or from a retailer)
3- Details about the defect in the coat
4- a photo of the complete coat and a photo of the defect.
For any item purchased from one of our retailers, you can also make a warranty claim directly with them.
The coat must be delivered clean in order to properly carry out the repairs; otherwise, a cleaning fee of $50 + taxes will be charged.
The delivery costs for the repair are the responsibility of the customer, and we will cover the shipping costs to send it back to you.
It is also possible to come directly to the Montreal workshop to have repairs done on-site. Please contact customer service directly by email at info@audvik.com for more details.
Out-of-warranty repairs and modifications
Because we want you to keep your coat for many years, we also offer professional repair services outside of the warranty. Where possible, we repair or replace damaged parts (tears, burns, or punctures), replace zippers and sliders, etc. The costs for these services are covered by the customer.

Following a purchase or after several uses, it is possible to make alterations to your coat. We offer the following alteration services directly at our workshop:
- Lengthen or shorten the sleeves
- Adding snap buttons to the hood to attach our fur strips.
- Microfleece cuffs added to sleeves
- Shorten hems

Please note that once a product has been modified, it is no longer refundable or exchangeable.

Orders
As soon as your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you including your tracking number.
You can also track your order directly in your customer account.
When you reach the payment stage, enter your gift card number or promotional code in the "Discount code or gift card" section.
Delivery Policy
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150 IN CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES
Delivery of your purchases made on the AUDVIK website takes 2 to 5 business days. No deliveries will be made to a PO box or locker.

Please note that for all international orders, a fixed delivery fee of $95 applies. Furthermore, a minimum purchase of $500 is required for the order to be approved.
The prices listed on our website exclude taxes. VAT and customs duties vary depending on your importing country and are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
The return or exchange costs are also the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping to the U.S.
INFOS & TIMEFRAMES
Orders ship from our Montreal (Quebec) warehouse within 2-3 business days of being placed. While we process orders quickly, delivery to the U.S. may take around 10 business days due to possible border delays.
If you’re purchasing Audvik products, the answer is no. Since all Audvik items are entirely made in Québec, you won’t be charged any duties or tariffs when shopping with us.
Tracking information will be sent once your package has entered the United States so you can easily follow its progress.
Return and Exchange Policy
Because your satisfaction is important to us, if for any reason your purchase is not suitable, you can exchange or return the product within 15 days of receipt. The product must be returned unworn, in its original packaging and with the tags attached.
Free returns apply to orders over $150 or more before taxes.
We do not cover return shipping costs for items $150 or less before tax, or for items discounted by 40% or more.
To request a return or exchange, log in to your customer account and submit a return authorization.
As soon as your request is approved by a member of our team, you will receive an email with a prepaid return label.
Simply repackage the parcel in its original packaging, place the return label on the package, and take the parcel to the service point of the selected carrier.
The customer account is accessible directly on the main page of our Audvik website (icon in the upper right corner).
It is also possible to make a return request from your order confirmation email.

We only accept returns for items that have not been worn and are still with their tags.
All coats sold at 50% off or more are final sales .
Please note that coats that have been altered (sleeves shortened, press studs added, etc.) are final sales .
In addition, products marked "final sale" are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Following receipt of your package at our workshop, a refund confirmation will be sent to you by email. Please allow approximately 5 days for your bank to process your refund.
Price Adjustment Policy
All price adjustments are subject to approval. We will match prices within 15 days of purchase of a regular-priced item only on our website audvik.com .
Please note that our price adjustment policy is not valid. during promotional events, including Black Friday and the Post-Christmas Sale. No price adjustments will be made during these periods.
Items purchased in the Workshop Sale section are sold without the possibility of return, exchange, or price adjustment.

Maintenance method
- Wash inside out, delicate cycle in the machine (cold water)
- Air dry (flat)
- Do not iron
- Do not bleach
- Do not use fabric softener.
- Do not dry clean.
- Do not twist.
- Remove the fur before washing.
- Store the coat away from sunlight.
- Wash inside out, delicate cycle in the machine (cold water), mild soap.
- Tumble dry on low heat with tennis balls or drying balls (may require up to 4-5 complete dryer cycles before the coat returns to its original shape). Make sure the down is completely dry inside the coat before removing it from the dryer.

It's normal to see a few feathers coming out of the seams of your winter coat made with down insulation.

The payments are spread over 6 weeks.
