The Audvik warranty covers materials and workmanship: stitches, snaps, zippers, fabrics and insulation for the lifetime of the product (10 years). 

Audvik does not guarantee damages caused by accident (ripped), improper care, negligence, normal wear, or the breakdown of colors and materials from natural or chemical cause.

The coat must be delivered clean, otherwise charges of 50$ + tax will be charged for cleaning service.

The shipping fees of the coat for reparations are paid by the customer.

It is also possible to come directly to our workshop to do the reparations. Please contact customer service directly by email at info@audvik.com for more details.


Reparations and add-ons.

Because we want you to keep your coat for years to come, we also offer out-of-warranty repair service. Whenever possible, we will repair or replace parts of a damaged item. The cost of these procedures is covered by the customer.

Please note that once a product is modified, it is no longer refundable or exchangeable.

The coat must be delivered clean to be able to do the repairs properly otherwise a cleaning fee of 35$ + taxes will be charged.

Delivery fees for the repair are paid by the customer. It is also possible to come directly to the workshop to make the repairs on site.


Shipping policies


The delivery of your purchases made on the AUDVIK website is made within a delivery period of 2 to 5 working days. No delivery will be made to a postal box.

Update COVID-19: As a security measure, some shipping services now drop off packages without a signature. (2020-11-29)

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us, if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us for an exchange or a refund. You have a 15 days delay from the date of the reception during which you may return the product purchased through the website unworn and in its original package. Audvik covers the return and exchange shipping costs for all items of 80$ and above.

Please note that coats that have undergone alterations (altering the sleeves, addition of snaps, etc.) are final sales.

Final sales: Final sale products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


Holiday Return Policy

The holiday purchases made on our website can be returned or exchanged until January 9, 2023. You must therefore contact us at info@audvik.com before January 9th to obtain a return number. Please mention when ordering that the purchase is a gift.

Price Adjustment Policy

All price adjustments are subject to approval, requests must be sent to info@audvik.com. We will equalize prices within 15 days of purchasing a regular priced item only on our website audvik.com. 

Please note that our price adjustment policy is not valid during Black Friday and Boxing Day Sale events. No price adjustments will be made on items that are part of Black Friday and Boxing Day Sale promotion.

Items purchased in the Workshop sale section are sold with no returns, exchanges or price adjustments.
