We want you to keep your Audvik winter coats for years, even decades. That's why we design pieces using high-quality, durable materials, in timeless colors and cuts.

The Audvik warranty covers all manufacturing defects: seams, snap fasteners, zippers, fabrics and insulation during its normal life (10 years).

Audvik does not warrant against damage caused by accident (tears), poor maintenance, neglect, normal wear and tear, or the natural disintegration of colors and materials over time.

The coat must be delivered clean in order for repairs to be made properly, otherwise a $50 + tax cleaning fee will be charged.

Delivery costs for repairs are borne by the customer.

It is also possible to come directly to the workshop to carry out repairs on site. Please contact customer service directly by e-mail at info@audvik.com to book an appointment.

We also offer out-of-warranty repair service. Whenever possible, we repair or replace parts of a damaged item. The cost of these procedures is covered by the customer.

For additions/modifications to coats, such as the addition of snaps on a fur hood or similar, please contact us at info@audvik.com.

Please note that once a product has been modified, it is no longer refundable or exchangeable.
