The end of the winter season is coming soon. The benefits of a good breath of fresh air should not be underestimated. That's why we suggest 5 simple and free ideas to spend some time outside:

It's always so much fun to bring back childhood memories. ☃️. Snowball fights, crazy-carpet/sled races or boot field hockey games with friends. It's time to bring out your competitive spirit! 

2. Many municipal skating rinks are available for you to enjoy time with your partner, family, friends or alone. We strongly suggest the Lac-aux-Castors skating rink in Parc du Mont-Royal (2000, chemin Remembrance) as well as the skating rink in Lafontaine Park!

3. Our pet companions love the fresh air, too! This is your chance to get them to socialize, play and run by going to your local dog park.

4. Of course, fresh air rhymes with hiking! With boots or snowshoes, it's time to admire the snowy landscapes 🗻. If there is a lot of ice, no problem. Just put on crampons.
