Your satisfaction is important to us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for an exchange or a refund. You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return a product purchased on our website, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging.
FOSFO covers return shipping costs only for products valued at over $100 before taxes that are not discounted by 40% or more.
Items discounted by 50% or more cannot be refunded or exchanged. These items are considered FINAL SALE.

Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects — including seams, snaps, zippers, fabrics, and insulation — for one year. We do not cover damages caused by accidents (such as tears), improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural fading and alteration of colors and materials over time.
