Shipping is free for all orders of $200 or more in Canada and the United States.* Orders are generally delivered within 2 to 5 business days. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Please note that for all international orders, a fixed shipping fee of $95 applies. In addition, a minimum purchase of $500 is required for the order to be approved.

Please provide your complete shipping address. Taxes are not included and duties may be charged depending on your country. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return or exchange fees are also the responsibility of the customer.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned unworn, with its original packaging and tags.

FOSFO covers return shipping costs for items priced at $150 or more, which are not discounted by 30% or more.

Items on sale at a 30% discount are exchangeable only. No refunds will be issued for these items. In such cases, return and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Items with a 40% discount or more are considered FINAL SALES. No exchanges or refunds will be possible for these items.

Before making a return, it is important to fill out the contact us form, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will then guide you through the steps to make the process simple and quick, within 24 to 72 hours of your request.

All price adjustments are subject to approval. Requests must be submitted by filling out the contact us form.

We will match prices within 15 days of purchasing a regular-priced item only on our website.

Please note that our price adjustment policy is not valid during the following events: Black Friday Week and Boxing Day.

Our best advice for caring for your down jacket:

• Wash inside out, delicate cycle in the machine with cold water and special down jacket soap from Granger.
• Tumble dry on medium heat with at least 3 tennis balls (or specific dryer balls). It may need 4 to 5 cycles to dry.
• Do not iron
• Do not bleach
• Do not use fabric softener
• Do not dry clean
• Do not wring
• Remove hood before washing
• Store away from direct sunlight

We want you to enjoy your FOSFO winter coats for years to come. That's why we design our garments using durable, high-quality materials.

The FOSFO warranty covers all manufacturing defects: seams, snaps, and zippers for 1 year. FOSFO does not warrant against damage caused by accident (tears), improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time.

The item must be delivered clean in order to be properly repaired, otherwise a cleaning fee of $50 + tax will be charged.

Shipping costs for repair are the responsibility of the customer.
