We want you to enjoy your FOSFO winter coats for years to come. That's why we design our garments using high-quality, durable materials.
The FOSFO warranty covers all manufacturing defects: seams, snaps, and zippers for 1 year. FOSFO does not warranty damage caused by accidents (tears), improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural fading of colors and materials over time.
The item must be delivered clean to be properly repaired, otherwise a cleaning fee of $50 + tax will be charged.
Shipping costs for repairs are the responsibility of the customer.

We carefully prepare each order from our workshop on Chabanel, in Montreal, to offer you a simple and seamless experience.
Shipping is free on all orders of $200 and more within Canada and the United States.* Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For all international orders, we invite you to use the contact us form and include your city so we can provide you with the best shipping options.
Please note that for all international orders, a fixed delivery fee of $95 applies. Furthermore, a minimum purchase of $500 is required for the order to be approved. Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country.
The return or exchange costs are also the responsibility of the customer.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us for an exchange or refund. You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return the product purchased from the site, unworn and in its original packaging. FOSFO covers the return and exchange costs.
FOSFO covers return shipping costs for items $150 and up that are not on sale for 30% or more.
Items discounted at 30% are eligible for exchange only, provided they meet the return conditions. No refunds will be issued for these items. Return and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items discounted by 40% or more are considered FINAL SALES. No exchanges or refunds will be possible for these items.
Before initiating a return, you must complete the contact us form and include your order number along with the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps to ensure a simple and efficient process,within 24 to 72 hours of your request.
All price adjustments are subject to approval, and requests must be submitted through the contact us form.
We offer price adjustments within 15 days of purchase for items bought at regular price on our website only.
Please note that this policy does not apply during promotional events such as Black Friday and Boxing Day.
Our top tips for looking after your down puffer jacket:
- Wash inside out on a delicate machine cycle in cold water with a special soap for down puffer jackets from Granger
- Tumble dry on a medium heat with at least 3 tennis balls (or specific dryer balls). It may need 4 to 5 cycles to dry.
- Do not iron
- Do not bleach
- Do not use fabric softener
- Do not dry clean
- Do not wring
- Remove the hood before washing
- Store away from direct sunlight
WHAT IS SEZZLE AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Sezzle is a payment method that lets you buy now and pay later with a simple, interest-free payment plan. When you purchase products with Sezzle, FOSFO processes and ships your order as if you had paid the full amount – even if you've only paid a portion of the total.
Payments are spread over 6 weeks:
• 25% is paid upon the initial purchase
• 25% in week 2.
• 25% at week 4.
• 25% at week 6.

FOR PURCHASES WITH SEZZLE
There is no minimum or maximum amount to purchase with Sezzle on our website.
Sezzle does not charge you any processing fees or interest if you pay the installments on time.
Sezzle accepts credit cards as a payment method, after performing a brief credit check. This does not affect your credit score in any way. Bank transfers are also possible.

FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF PURCHASES MADE WITH SEZZLE
In the case of an exchange/refund of a purchase made with Sezzle, the FOSFO return and exchange policy applies.
