The FOSFO warranty covers all manufacturing defects : seams, press studs and zippers for 1 year . FOSFO does not guarantee damage caused by accident (tears), improper maintenance, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural disintegration of colors and materials over time.

The item must be delivered clean in order to be repaired properly; otherwise, a cleaning fee of $50 + taxes will be charged.

The delivery costs for the repair are the responsibility of the customer.

You can expect to receive your purchases made on the FOSFO website within 3 to 6 business days. No deliveries will be made to PO boxes.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY

Be sure to order before December 17, 2024, at noon to receive your purchases before Christmas. It is possible to pick up your order at the workshop until December 23 at 1:00 PM.

Please note that all purchases made between December 24th and December 31st, 2024 will be shipped on January 3rd, 2025.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please provide your complete mailing address. Taxes are not included and duties may be charged depending on your country. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us for an exchange or refund. You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return the product purchased from the site, unworn and in its original packaging. FOSFO covers the return and exchange costs.

FOSFO covers return shipping costs for items $100 and up that are not on sale for 40% or more.

Items discounted by 50% or more are considered FINAL SALES. No exchanges or refunds will be possible for these items.

Final Sales: Items marked as final sale are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges for your holiday purchases made on our website will be accepted until January 10, 2025. You must therefore contact us at hello@fosfopuffer.com before January 10 to obtain a return number. Please mention when ordering that the purchase is intended as a gift.

All price adjustments are subject to approval; requests must be sent to hello@fosfopuffer.com . We will price match within 15 days of purchase of a regularly priced item on our website only.

Please note that our price adjustment policy is not valid during the Black Friday and Boxing Day Sale events. No price adjustments will be made on items participating in the Black Friday and Boxing Day promotion.

Our best advice for caring for your down jacket:

  • Wash inside out, delicate cycle in cold water .
  • Machine dry on medium heat with at least 3 tennis balls. It may need 4 to 5 cycles to dry .
  • Do not iron
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not use fabric softener.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not twist.
  • Remove the cap before washing.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight.

There is no minimum or maximum amount to purchase with Sezzle on our website.

Sezzle accepts credit cards as a payment method, after performing a brief credit check. This does not affect your credit score in any way. Bank transfers are also possible.
